WARRANTY

All snowboards made by TRIBE Snowboards have a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase from tribesnowboards.com or an TRIBE Snowboards Authorized Dealer. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and applies only to TRIBE Snowboards. Apparel and accessories are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse by riding things other than snow, impacts due to your steering problems, cosmetic issues or modifications you made. You must keep your sales receipt when you purchase a TRIBE Snowboards snowboard. This is your proof of purchase and you will need to show this if you need to warranty your snowboard. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your snowboard was purchased from another person or an unauthorized dealer (including, without limitation, Craig’s List, eBay, etc.)

If you think you may have defective snowboard, and you purchased it from the online store tribesnowboards.com – contact TRIBE SNOWBOARDS by email at info@tribesnowboards.com, or by phone at 760.965.0508 during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. You may be asked to provide photographs and to return the snowboard for review.

If you think you may have defective snowboard, and you purchased it from a TRIBE Snowboards Authorized Dealer – you can take it back to the place of purchase. The TRIBE Snowboards Authorized Dealer will take a look at the snowboard and help you determine the best course of action.

A return authorization (RA) number is required to initiate a warranty claim. All snowboards purchased from the TRIBE Snowboards online store must be sent to TRIBE and inspected.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SALES RECEIPT AND AN RA NUMBER.

TRIBE SNOWBOARD’s has your back. If you blow up your TRIBE SNOWBOARD in the park and it’s not the result of a manufacturing defect we may be able to offer you a 20% discount on a replacement board. Contact us at info@tribesnowboards.com, we’ll tell you where to send the board for us to review. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with our assessment.
